Customer can exchange the defect product with following terms:
1. Untidy finishing sewing
2. Wrinkled fabric
4. You receive wrong product
1. Complains are received by Start From The Bottom team within a week after the products arrived at the customer
2. We do not accept exchange for other designs (unless your design is already sold out)
3. Email us at email@example.com and tell us your problems, we will get back to you soon (maximum 1 business day)
