Please understand that we do not accept return.

Customer can exchange the defect product with following terms:
1. Untidy finishing sewing
2. Wrinkled fabric
3. Stained
4. You receive wrong product

Exchange policy
1. Complains are received by Start From The Bottom team within a week after the products arrived at the customer
2. We do not accept exchange for other designs (unless your design is already sold out)
3. Email us at and tell us your problems, we will get back to you soon (maximum 1 business day)
